Jasper, Dog Tangled to a Tree in Frigid Standing Water, Rescued & Doing Well

The Humane Society's cruelty investigator, with assistance from Memphis Animal Services officers, freed the dog (from a tweet that we received from Action News 5's Nick Kenney) and transported him to a vet, where he was hospitalized overnight for hypothermia, shock and an injured neck.
